Our French Re-Mortgage and Cash-Raising Mortgage Services
Owners of all types of French residential property who wish to re-mortgage onto a better deal or release tied-up capital from the property, can do so with our help. Our French Lifetime Mortgage Service
Owners who have purchased a property with cash have the possibility to set up a mortgage up to 12 months after signing the act of sale on the property if they would like to free up some of their cash.
Our French Commercial Mortgage Service
Owners who have carried out some work to their property using their own cash are now also able to secure a mortgage to cover the cost of the refurbishment, up to 6 months after the work was carried out.
Our Mortgage Salvage Service
Created to assist those who have attempted to secure finance with a French lender and have failed - we use our knowledge and experience to ensure that your application is successful second time round.
Our Purchase Assistance Service
We offer this service to our clients who are purchasing property for the first time in France from an Estate Agent or vendor who does not speak English or offer any support which provides you with peace of mind that everything will be taken care of and your purchase will run smoothly.

When securing a debt against your foreign property, please remember that:
a) your foreign property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on any mortgage or loan secured on it.
b) changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt if taken in another currency.
For all mortgages and loans, irrespective of their location, please be sure that you can afford the repayments before entering into any credit agreement.
