Our French Post-Purchase Mortgage Service
Owners who have purchased a property with cash have the possibility to set up a mortgage up to 12 months after signing the Act of Sale on the property to allow them to free up additional cash.
Our French Post-Refurbishment Mortgage Service
Owners who have carried out some work to their property using their own cash are now also able to secure a mortgage to cover the cost of the refurbishment, up to 6 months after the initial work was carried out.

Please be aware that overseas finance, commercial and buy-to-let mortgages and loans are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Assetz Finance will charge a fee for mortgage and loan applications. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but a typical fee paid by Assetz clients is £499.
