THE PROCESS:
- We have a duty of care to all our clients and hence we insist on direct contact being made within 48 hours of an introduction to determine the needs of our clients. Where appropriate an early appointment is made.
- The same day we confirm in writing, to our client, the requirements for financial information to support a funding proposal.
- Once all relevant documentation has been obtained a funding proposal is prepared and submitted to selected lending institutions.
- Progress of all introductions made to lenders are monitored to ensure our service standards are being met.
- OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO SECURE AN ACCEPTABLE OFFER OF ADVANCE WITHIN SEVEN TO 21 DAYS.
- As stated, our first duty of care is to our clientele and we seek to establish long term viability of all projects.
- Thus, to enable lenders to assess a proposal, four considerations have to be made, viz. PURPOSE of the loan, SERVICEABILITY to meet the required level of funding, PEDIGREE of the applicant (which includes creditworthiness), and finally SECURITY.
- In our capacity as commercial finance brokers we act for our clients (NOT lending institutions), to achieve the best possible rates and terms.

FEE STRUCTURES:
